Do I need a consultation before my first treatment?
−For laser and medical aesthetic treatments, yes — it lets us assess your skin and history so the first treatment is the right one. Facials, acne treatments, lashes and brows can be booked directly.
Why are laser treatments priced on consultation?
+Laser pricing depends on the area treated and the number of sessions in the course, so we quote it in the consultation rather than at checkout.
How soon will I see results?
+Lifting and sculpting treatments show immediately. Resurfacing and collagen work build over a course of sessions.
Is there downtime?
+Most treatments have none. Peels and microneedling can involve a few days of visible shedding or redness — we tell you before you book.
What is your cancellation policy?
+We uphold a 48-hour cancellation and reschedule policy — 24 hours for consultations. Inside that window, consultations are charged $50, the Glow Getter $95, and all other services 100% of the service value. Arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may mean we cannot complete your treatment, and the same fee applies. Read the full policies.
